The proposed work is located on Tyler Street, Cove Street, Pinehurst Street, Farris Road, Northcott Drive, Northcott Circle, Wedgewood Circle, Parton Drive, Yokley Street, Salem Street, Coley Street, Rogers Avenue, Carole Street, Rocky Lane, Kingsley Avenue, Wolfe Street, Rich Street, and Skyview Drive and is at the locations shown on title sheet of plans. If the Contractor has any questions about the location, they should be addressed to the Engineer prior to the bid. Contractor shall review site prior to bid. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Carderview Utility District will receive separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Filter Plant Improvements - ARP Funding. The work to be bid on is as follows: New Filters at the Water Treatment Plant for the Carderview Utility District. The allotted time for construction is 90 Calendar Days. This Project is being Funded by the Carter County ARP Funds. All Minority and Women-owned contractors are encouraged to participate. The OWNER reserves the right to waiver any informalities or reject all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the submittal thereof. Bidders are instructed to read and sign off on the Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards in these Contract Documents following the Supplemental Conditions.
