Remove and replace, 8.55 CY of Pug Mill Sub Base, (41 FT long x 12 FT wide x 8 IN deep). Outlet Scour Protection: A TDOT Grouted Riprap apron is proposed at the culvert outlet to dissipate energy and protect the channel bed and banks from erosion.
