*As of December 10, 2025 this project has been cancelled and will put it out for bid at a later date.* The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a replacement bridge (90' single span prestressed concrete box beams), and associated roadway approaches. Bidders must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of Tennessee, and prequalified with the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Project name/number, Bidder's name, license number, expiration date, and that part of the classification which applies must be placed on the sealed envelope containing the executed bid form. Doc note: even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. Upon registering, the web link will be issued. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated web link. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated web link. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
