The scope of work involves providing comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services, including incidental repair and minor construction, for medical, dental, pharmacy, and laboratory facilities under the Medical Research and Development Command (MRDC) in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) program. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to maintain facility systems and utilities infrastructure, ensuring continuous operational support and emergency response capabilities for 24/7 facilities. Tasks include scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), corrective maintenance (CM), service orders, unscheduled and emergency maintenance, and minor construction incidental to O&M.
