Deadline 12/10/2025 10:00 AM EST All labor, material, insurance, and equipment necessary for the Pavement / Utility / Demolition and Regrading project at 1045 Post Street, Toledo, Ohio, in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The project comprises the former location of Toledo Edison's Delaware Service Center. Work includes mobilization/demobilization, preparation of a Health and Safety Plan, concrete removal, crushing, and regrading, asphalt removal, crushing, and regrading, utility termination (as necessary), and pollution control/storm water management. There is also an alternate bid for trucking, excavation, and hauling. No excavated soil may be removed from the property without proper characterization and written authorization. Shallow groundwater encountered must not be discharged without prior written authorization. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express. Bidders must register on the Bid Express website and ensure that a Digital ID is enabled prior to submitting an electronic bid. Each electronic proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable proposal bond with the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority as the obligee, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total proposal amount.
