A. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing (with the exception of TMWA supplied items) all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles, and furnishing all labor, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and performing all Work or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. B. In these Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents Santerra-Quilici #2 Booster Pump Station is referred to as SQ2. A. The Work described in these documents shall be conducted under a single prime contract. The following is a general description of the Work included. B. The project highlights include but are not limited to the following items: 1. Site clearing, earth moving, grading, structural fill, and foundation preparation 2. Construction of a 32'-4' x 27'-8" reinforced masonry building with EIFS exterior 3. Interior piping, pumps, valves, surge tank, and equipment 4. Site piping and below-grade vault 5. Electrical and instrumentation 6. HVAC 7. Concrete valley gutter, curb and gutter, PCC flatwork. 8. Asphalt concrete paving 9. Fencing C. The Work is located at the following locations 1. 9453A Quilici Canyon Parkway, APN: 236-021-03 Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of a second new pump station to serve the second phase of the Santerra Quilici development. Scope includes site work, grading, yard piping, building, pumps, mechanical piping, HVAC, and electrical. The Engineer's estimate is: $2,160,000 - $2,640,000 This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
