Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mayfield, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Disassemble the existing patio cover and restore after concrete replacement. Remove the existing ADA parking, ramps and signage. Remove and replace the landing at the northwest door with a new ADA Ramp to the new ADA stalls. Remove and replace the stairs and rails at the north door. Provide new ADA parking stalls. Remove and replace damaged /settled concrete. Remove and eliminate the existing heat tape in the sidewalks that are to be replace and use the circuit and conduit to provide heat tape at the NW courtyard and at the patio cover and downspouts. Provide new ADA signage. Update the downspout drainage. Update the landscaping to accommodate the changes. Update the asphalt to accommodate the changes to the concrete. Provide new guard and handrails and update various rails/gates affected by the revisions.
