The following work is included: General Construction, Site Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction for the 2023 District Wide Capital Project Phase 4 at Volney Elementary School and Lanigan Elementary School. SED Project Numbers (C) Volney Elementary School SED #46-05-00-01-0-017-015 (F) Lanigan Elementary School SED #46-05-00-01-0-006-015 Bids must be submitted in duplicate. Contractors should refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform and New York State Labor Law Section 220-i for additional bid submission procedures and requirements not otherwise outlined in the contract documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011100 Summary of Work. Contract Documents may be obtained as electronic files or paper sets from Plan and Print Systems, Inc., and procedures for obtaining, returning, and refunding deposits for contract sets are specified. Addenda will be distributed to plan holders of record. Requests for clarification must be made in writing. All Contract Documents received (except for Documents held by Successful Bidders) must be returned to Plan and Print Systems, Inc.
