Description

Renovation of a residential development in Somerset, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 7,728-square-foot residential development.

The replacement of HVAC systems and hot water storage tanks serving seven (7) cottages . Each cottage averages approximately 7,728 sq. ft., and all facilities serve hospital/caregiving functions with ongoing occupancy during construction. The existing HVAC units were originally installed in 1972, and the 80-gallon Lochinvar GIT080 glasslined hot water holding tanks were last replaced in 2010 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway
