A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids may be submitted for the Hartland Center Road Improvements Phase 1 :- Improvements including road resurfacing from the railroad tracks located south of SR 18 to US 20 (13,800 ft. x 20 ft avg). Improvements also include pavement marking, guardrail removal/installation, trench repair and rumble strip removal. Bid documents, including contract terms and conditions, must be obtained for a non-refundable fee from the specified location. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as per Ohio Revised Code. Proposals must contain the full name of all parties involved and evidence of experience on similar projects. The project is to be completed by the specified date. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. Bid documents must be obtained from the specified office, and copies will not be accepted; all documents must be submitted bound in their entirety. The Board reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
