Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Smyrna, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, 350-unit multi-residential development; 120-room hospitality development; restaurant; retail development; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Redevelop approximately nine acres in downtown Smyrna into a mixed-use district featuring residential units, a boutique hotel, retail and dining spaces, public green areas, and pedestrian/bike connectivity to create a vibrant, walkable urban center. As of December 8, 2025, the Smyrna Downtown Redevelopment project has finalized its preferred concept plan and is preparing for a City Council vote in early 2026; RFQ/RFP for a development partner will follow, with construction anticipated to begin in late 2026 and phased completion through 2028–2030.
