Bid Package 01,03, and 04 - Low Bidder GTG Construction - AWARDED Bid Package 02 - Low bidder - Schumacher Elevator - AWARDED Questions must be submitted by 11:00 am, December 11th, 2025, to the Issuing Officer. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the replacement of a hydraulic elevator at The Iowa Law Enforcement Academy at Camp Dodge, 4640 Burma Road, 7105 NW 70th Ave. Johnston, Iowa 51031. Bidders are required to submit bids via the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System, accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, which may be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check. Bidders must comply with all affirmative action/equal employment opportunity provisions of the State of Iowa and the Federal Government. This project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax and Davis Bacon Wages will not apply. Substitute products will be considered if requests are submitted in writing prior to the specified deadline, in accordance with Section 01 2500 Substitution Procedures, even if the specification does not explicitly include language such as "or equal" or "basis of design," unless otherwise noted. Optional pre-bid meeting details and procedures for obtaining bidding documents are provided. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept a bid in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
