**As of December 16, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 16, 2025.** The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform the replacement of three mixers in the anoxic section of A/O 3 Tank and all other work in accordance with the Contract Documents. All construction shall be included in a single overall contract. Bidders must submit proposals in writing on the proposal pages furnished in the Contract Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security consisting of a Bid Bond, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to the Township of Delran in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, not to exceed $20,000.00. Each bid must also include a certificate of Consent of Surety from a bonding company licensed in New Jersey and named in the current list of "Surety Companies Acceptable on Federal Bonds." A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond for one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. All required bonds shall be submitted and approved before execution of the contract. Bidders must use the forms included in the contract documents. The party to whom this contract is awarded shall be prepared to execute the contract within twenty-one days of the Notice of Award. During the performance of this contract, the contractor must comply with all relevant New Jersey and federal regulations regarding worker and jobsite safety, as well as the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act. The number of days allowed for the completion of the contract is 105 calendar days. The Township of Delran reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids.
