Site work for a water / sewer project in Delran, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 47,500 linear feet of sanitary sewer, as well as all other work in accordance with the Contract Documents. All construction is to be included in a single overall contract. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed package clearly labeled with the project name and the bidder’s information. Proposals must be written on the forms provided in the Contract Documents and submitted in their entirety at the time of bid. Bids may be delivered by hand or by mail/courier, but must be received prior to the specified time. Only original, executed bidding documents will be accepted; photocopies or faxed copies will not be accepted. Each bid must include bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to the Township of Delran for 10% of the bid price, not to exceed $20,000.00, and a certificate of consent of surety from a bonding company licensed in New Jersey and listed by the U.S. Treasury. A performance bond and labor and materials payment bond for 100% of the contract price, issued by a company authorized to do business in New Jersey, will be required. Certificates and bonds must be on the forms included in the contract documents. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, including the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act, and United States OSHA regulations regarding worker and jobsite safety. The contract must be executed within 21 days of the notice of award, with all required bonds and certificates submitted and approved by that time.
