The City of Shelton is seeking Statements of Qualifica6ons (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisi6on (SCADA) support services the for City's Water and Sewer U6li6es on an on-call, as-needed basis. Services will support day-to-day opera6ons, troubleshoo6ng and technical support (remote and/or on-site), and may also include providing recommenda6ons and assistance with researching, scoping, procuring, and implemen6ng system upgrades or desired improvements across the City's SCADA system. Project-based improvements, including SCADA integra6on associated with capital projects, may be assigned on a Task Order basis. Some projects may be funded in whole or in part with federal or state funds. Proposers are advised that all applicable federal and state provisions will apply to the awarded contract, as well as any addi6onal requirements of a specific funding program associated with an assigned Task Order issued under this Contract.
