Bryan James (Skokomish) Replacement OSS involves the removal and replacement of an existing onsite sewage system (OSS) at the specified property. The work includes excavation and removal of the current system, installation of a new OSS that meets all applicable state and local health regulations, and restoration of the site upon completion. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with the provided specifications and standards. Tasks include proper disposal of removed materials, ensuring system functionality, and compliance with environmental and safety requirements throughout the project. Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated project magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Questions regarding the solicitation and project must be submitted in writing to Robert S. Miller, Contracting Officer, via e-mail at Robert.Miller2@ihs.gov. Questions will be accepted up to 7 days before quote due date. The Government may not answer any questions submitted after this date. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 30 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
