Site work for a mixed-use development in Albany, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade power facility.
ST-26-05, North Albany Road School Zone Flashing Lights: This project includes installation of two solar-powered school zone speed limit flashing light assemblies and related appurtenances. Each bidder must have access to a current set of City of Albany Standard Construction Specifications. All public improvements are required to conform to these specifications and bid prices must reflect these specifications. Bidders are expected to be familiar with the provisions of ORS Chapter 279C and comply with the payment of prevailing wages. Bids shall be submitted via email to the designated contact in the Finance Department. The email subject line must include the project number and name. The email body should plainly identify the project name, bid opening time and date, the bidder's name, and the contractor's license number. No bid will be received or considered unless the bidder is licensed by the Construction Contractors Board for construction projects or licensed with the State Landscape Contractors Board for landscaping projects. A 10% bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check must accompany each bid and must be forfeited if the bidder fails to enter into a contract with the City of Albany within 10 days after the date of the Notice of Award. A scanned copy of the bid security must be submitted with the bid.
