Renovation of a stadium in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Question Cuttoff Date & Time 12/8/2025 03:00:00 PM (CT) Bids may be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids; no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days thereafter. Contractor shall install approximately sixteen (16) sprinkler heads, spread below four (4) party decks, on piping along the standoff mounted to concrete. Three (3) party decks can be fed from existing main piping and installed under the party decking. One (1) party deck has no existing sprinkler to run off of and will need to be installed from existing main in the ceiling grid and dropped down to party deck below. Contractor shall install shut off valves at each party deck in case of removal of party decks. The City requests no cutting into decking as it may affect the integrity of the decking. Contract shall install foam/protection on the grid dropped piping to protect it from stray pucks. Contractor must schedule work with project manager due to programming schedule at the Arena. Contractor shall ensure all work meets current fire code requirements.
