Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by Construction Administration, The University of Alabama, for construction of the Shelby Hall Pumping and Piping Upgrades - Phase II, UA Project #071-25-3829B. Scope: Pumping and Piping Upgrades - Upgrade the secondary pumps at Shelby, Primary VFDs at Shelby, Upgrade Shelby Primary Pumps. Prime HVAC Contractors, Prime Plumbing Contractors, HVAC Subcontractors, and Plumbing Subcontractors are required to prequalify prior to requesting Bid Documents. Prequalification submissions must be received by 5:00 PM local time Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Late submittals will not be accepted. Proposed Budget: $2,400,000 Pre-Qualification Packets Due to UA: Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM Pre-Qualification Results: Friday, December 19, 2025 at 5:00 PM
