Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking proposals from Construction Management firms to provide professional, at risk construction management services for the design and construction phase of a renovation project within building 199 Park Club Lane for The Amherst Center Annex facility. The services will support radiology/imaging services including MRI, mammography, and sonogram services as well as a new outpatient surgery center offering breast, endoscopy, head and neck, cytology, cystoscopy, and plastic surgeries. All surgeries will be basic day-type outpatient surgeries operated by the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center hospital-based system.
