Renovation of a laboratory facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade laboratory facility.
Renovate Labs Furnas 913, 914 Disciplinary Excellence. All bid packages must be submitted via email to UB-Compliance@buffalo.edu with Project # 2025-088 and Renovate Labs Furnas 913, 914 Disciplinary Excellence and the contractor's name in the subject line. Only electronic bids will be accepted until further notice. All work on this contract is to be completed by March 30th, 2027, starting on or after the University's Notice to Proceed is received. Complete sets of contract documents for bidding will be available on or about December 10th, 2025, which may be viewed and ordered through www.avalonplanroom.com in the Public Bid section. Drawings can be picked up at Avalon Document Services after that move date. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage participation by minority business enterprises. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All Request for Information (RFI's) must be sent by January 9th, 2026.
