The City of Aurora, Illinois (City) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the 2026-2027 Annual Manhole Inspections. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals that demonstrate the qualifications, experience, technical approach and capacity of the proposing firm to perform the services. Question Deadline 12/09/2025 at 11:00 AM CT Proposers shall submit all inquiries, including requests for alternates or substitutions regarding this bid via the City's E Procurement System The City will begin reviewing the Proposals immediately with the firm selected no later than January 9, 2026. A draft engineering agreement will be due electronically to the City by January 16, 2026. The City intends to have final engineering agreement by January 26, 2026. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded at City Council on February 24, 2026.
