As of January 20, 2026, the project has been awarded to: Contract TW-6/25 Section 2C Airy’s, Inc. $26,900,617 Contract TW-6/25 Section 3A D. Construction, Inc. & Benchmark Construction Co Inc $22,748,000 Contract TW-6/25 Section 3B D. Construction, Inc. & Benchmark Construction Co Inc $10,188,020 Construction of TW-6/25 Sections 2C, 3A, and 3B - 54-inch water supply transmission main located in Wheatland Township, City of Aurora, Village of Oswego, Oswego Township, unincorporated Will County, and unincorporated Kendall County. Work generally includes, but is not limited to, 54-inch diameter water main construction (open-cut and trenchless), removal, relocation, and replacement of existing underground utilities, roadway reconstruction and paving, traffic control, landscape restoration, storm water pollution control and erosion control, and testing. The work shall be performed at ComEd right-of-way, US Route 30, Harvey Road, Kendall Point Drive, and US Route 34. Sealed Bidder's Proposals are required. At least one employee of each bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference; failure to do so will result in proposal rejection.
