Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The work of the contract consists of bringing the Route 100 Norristown High Speed Line Bridge 12.81 over the Schuylkill River to a state of good repair. The contract duration is 455 calendar days from the notice to proceed. All questions must be submitted by Monday, December 15, 2025 at 12:00 pm to be guaranteed an answer. A change, modification, or clarification to the Contract Documents can only by affected by a written Addendum issued by SEPTA via our online. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids, as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA.
