Bids are requested from local HVAC contractors to perform a portion of the maintenance required to keep the HVAC equipment operating efficiently and reliably at all ten (10) facilities. There is a 30% M/WBE goal on this contract – 15% MBE and 15% WBE, as well as a 6% SDVOB goal. Bids must be received by the due date, and late submittals will not be accepted or considered for award. Bidders are responsible for all expenses related to bid preparation and submission. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids will remain in effect sixty (60) days from the due date. Bidders must certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors and comply with Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Regulations. All disadvantaged business enterprises, minority/women owned business enterprises, and service disabled veteran owned businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
