A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The San Diego Convention Center Corporation (Corporation) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors ("Contractor") to remove and install five (5) new power transformers at three (3) locations within the San Diego Convention Center (the Center). The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or to accept or reject any Proposal in part, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in Proposals received if it is determined by the Director of Procurement and Contracts that the best interest of the Corporation shall be served by doing so. A Contractor's failure to provide any additional information requested by the Corporation prior to a contractor selection may result in rejection of the Proposal. The Corporation may reject any Proposal from any person, firm, or corporation in arrears or in default to the Corporation on any contract, debt, or other obligation, or if the Contractor is debarred by the Corporation from consideration for a contract award.
