The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing as needed civil engineering services(Offerors). The County anticipates awarding up to three (3) contracts to the highest ranked firms. Specific work will be assigned via task orders. The Contractor and County will negotiate the scope of services and fees for each task order on a project-by-project basis using the negotiated hourly rates specified in the resulting agreement. Actual execution of task orders will be at the sole discretion of the County.
