The City of San Diego, Public Utilities Department, Wastewater Treatment Division, is seeking qualified bidders to provide as-needed cleaning of glass lined piping of buildup and confined space sludge blend tank cleaning. The contractor is required to provide all equipment, the complete jetting system, and labor required to remove and transport solids ("cleaning byproduct") as specified. Bidders should be aware of specialized disposal requirements for the cleaning byproduct. Bids are to be submitted for a lump sum award. Contractors are required to submit a signed Contractor Standards Pledge of Compliance Form, a signed EOC Form, and a Living Wage Ordinance Certification of Compliance.
