Renovation of a mixed-use development in Macon, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade theater / auditorium; and one-story above grade recreation facility.
The project is for qualified architectural firms to assist with the design and construction management of repurposing the old Peach County auditorium for use as a youth recreation center. The selected firm will work with Peach County to complete preliminary architectural work associated with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded youth recreation center improvements. Funding for the project work will depend on the award of grant funding. Proposals must include an electronic copy and must be sealed and clearly labeled. Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
