Site work and paving for a road / highway in Niles, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for the 2026 Street Resurfacing Program. Envelopes should be plainly marked with "Bids for 2026 Street Resurfacing Program." Each proposal must include the complete name and address of every individual, firm, or corporation involved, and for corporations, the names and addresses of the president and secretary. All proposals must comply with relevant sections of the Ohio Revised Code, including 735.06, and, where applicable, include bid and performance sureties. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received by 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025, at the City Auditor's Office, 34 West State Street, Niles, Ohio 44446.
