Site work for a transportation facility in Greer, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport to expand the existing general aviation apron with approximately 9,250 SY of concrete pavement. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the bidders name, full mailing address, and General Contractor License Number. A bid guaranty for no less than 5% of the total bid is required. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. All bidders are responsible for compliance with Federal requirements for preparation and submission of the proposal. The Owner has set a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 0% of the contract value. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, irregularities and/or technicalities, to accept any bid deemed advantageous, and to negotiate changes, deletions, or additions to these documents with the successful bidder.
