Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Orange Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project generally includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required for demolishing existing lift station components proposed for replacement; relining existing wet well; resealing existing wet well pipe penetration; installing new submersible pumps, guide rails, piping, valves, and fittings; reconnecting to existing force main; installing controls and electrical improvements; and completing site work and grading improvements. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of three projects of a similar nature involving sanitary sewer collection system rehabilitation within the past five years, each having a minimum contract value of $300,000, with at least one project having a contract value in excess of $500,000.
