Renovation of a residential development in Orange Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,529-square-foot residential development.
The mission of the Purchasing Department is to provide fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the County, to maximize the purchasing value of public funds in procurement, and to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity. Sitework During construction, the Contractor(s) shall remove debris as it is generated and shall avoid accumulating debris. On completion, all excess building material(s) shall be removed from the site. Contractor(s) shall collect, clean and properly dispose construction debris. Carpentry Remove roof coverings down to the sheathing. Replace rotten, warped, or damaged sheathing, rafters, soffit or fascia to match existing. Re-nail all sheathing as required according to manufacturer and Florida Building Code specifications. Replace missing or damaged soffit vents. Sheathing shall match existing on exposed eaves. New fascia shall be Pressure Treated. Install 6" Aluminum Drip Edge over 1x2 Strips around the entire perimeter of the house. Replace / add new vents and valley flashings. Use Plumbing Boots and covers with Hardware Cloth Cages to protect from chewing damage. Roofing Type Contractor(s) shall apply lifetime fiberglass Class A architectural shingles over synthetic moisture barrier or other manufactured products over gable area. Install according to manufacturer and Florida Building Code specifications. The homeowner shall select the color. Contractor(s) shall Prime and paint new soffit and/or fascia to blend with existing colors. Modified Bitumen On flat portion(s) of the roof installed, modified bitumen roofing system for the use in FBC Non HVHZ jurisdictions and install according to manufacturer and Florida Building Code specifications. The Homeowner shall select one (1) color. The Contractor(s) shall be assessed Liquidated Damages (LD) of $100.00 each day past Final Completion date set by the contract.
