The Town of Orange Park, hereinafter referred to as the Town, is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified individuals or firms to provide expertise in one or more fields of civil engineering and surveying services. Desired areas of expertise include but are not limited to civil engineering and/or surveying services, expertise in water and wastewater treatment plant operations, water distribution and wastewater collection systems; and maintaining working relationships with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, State Legislature, St Johns River Water Management District, and the Clay County Utility Authority. The anticipated contract term will be for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Additionally, by mutual agreement and funding availability, the contract may be renewed for two (2) terms of twenty-four (24) months each.
