Complete surface preparation and recoat the interior of one 350,000-gallon and one 1,000,000-gallon welded Corten steel reservoirs. Complete required metal repairs prior to painting. The Work shall be substantially complete within 140working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
