The City of Gunnison seeks architectural design services for the expansion of its Public Works Building. The expansion will focus on upgrading staff bathrooms and breakrooms to enhance functionality, comfort, and accessibility. The expansion will include expansion of an office area for additional workspaces. The addition will be constructed on the east side of the existing facility and will require extending the current roof line to integrate seamlessly with the existing structure. Currently, the public works building has two bathrooms with a single toilet in each. Its anticipated the bathrooms would expand within the building and the breakroom would need to shift beyond the current limits of the building face.
