The scope of work is to remove and replace one hundred and seventeen (117) existing window units and eight (8) storefront entrance systems at McLane Hall, building #5 on the FSDB campus to enhance the building envelope's performance, energy efficiency, impact resistance, and overall aesthetic appearance. Installation will occur between June 1 and July 31, 2026, to coincide with school summer break. Respondents or vendors must comply with all requirements outlined in this solicitation, including any applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
