Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The purpose of this IFB is to solicit Bids from qualified Bidders to complete construction of a new reclaimed water pump station, replacement of the existing in-plant pump station, a new electrical building with electrical gear and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for the new pumps, and associated electrical, instrumentation, and controls, pipe, appurtenance, and site work at the SR16 Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) located at 3000 Industry Center Road, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. Included in the project are stormwater, plant fiber optic, and minor headworks improvements. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct the project as shown in the contract drawings (Exhibit A - Construction Plans) and as specified herein. This includes the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to install the Owner-Direct Purchased electrical equipment (identified in Exhibit C - List of Owner-Direct Purchases and Vendor Scope of Supply), including Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Motor Control Centers (MCCs), and Automatic Transfer Switch.
