In the opinion of Illinois Department of Human Services- ISD, this Invitation for Bid is complete and without need of explanation. If quote is over $150K, a performance bond will be required. Please see attachment titled "RMO150" for details. If a Bid Bond is required, Bidder must submit the Bid Bond with their Bid. If a Performance Bond is required, Bidder must submit the Performance Bond to the Information Contact after contract execution. The bond must be from a surety licensed to do business in Illinois. An irrevocable letter of credit is an acceptable substitute. The form of security must be acceptable to the State.
