PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Scope includes the removal of asphalt shingle roof including weather barrier. New scope includes the replacement of damaged wood sheathing, weather barrier, asphalt shingles and associated pre-finished flashing. Existing gutters to be cleaned and gutter guards installed. Single Prime Delivery Method: Either the Single Prime Bidder or a protected subcontractor must be listed for each trade provided on the Bid Form.
