Site work for a water / sewer project in University Place, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the installation of approximately 2,475 LF of 72-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe, eight (8) HDPE access portals/tees, and sanitary sewer stubs. The successful bidder will also be responsible for completing the installation of the sanitary sewer facilities within the timeframes and phasing specified within the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be required to provide multiple pipe installation crews working extended hours during specified calendar days and/or phases while under the direction of an on-site foreman or superintendent with minimum qualifications specified herein. The apparent low responsive bidder will be required to provide supplemental documentation to determine bidder responsibility, under the supplemental bidder responsibility criteria specified herein. The work is to be completed within two hundred and forty-seven (247) calendar days from the date of the "Notice to Proceed". Question Deadline 12/10/2025 at 4:30 PM PT online submission. The project estimate range is $10-13 million including WA State Sales Tax. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
