The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified ESCO companies to provide Request for Proposals :Energy Performance Services (ESCO) for Wastewater Master Plan Implementation. Proposals will be evaluated by the city's evaluation team based on selection criteria included in this RFP. It is anticipated that the highest-ranked proposal will be recommended for award of a contract. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein.
