The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. A Request for Proposals for General Contractor is expected to be released soon. The City of Lake Jackson, Brazoria County,Texas is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified contractors forfurnishing all necessary materials, machinery, tools, equipment, labor and supervisionfor the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation in LakeJackson, Texas, within the City Limits of said City Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. This is a Public Works project and provisions of the "Prevailing Wage Law on Public Work in Texas" must be complied with. Prevailing Wages for Brazoria County, Texas isa part of this contract. The City of Lake Jackson reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous. No bid may be withdrawn or terminated for aperiod of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening date without the written consent ofthe Engineer.
