Rutherford County Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide specific technology equipment, namely Newline STV-7524-PLUS STV+ Series 75" LED-backlit LCD Displays (quantity: 159, subject to change) and Newline TrueTouch Mobile Stand EPR8A50500-SQR (cart) (quantity: 159, subject to change). The scope includes a 5-year advance replacement warranty on all LED displays, installation/assembly of the panels and stands either on-site or off-site, and secure storage of the assembled units until deployment to four locations. All equipment and services must be delivered and fully installed by April 30, 2026. Proposals must cover all associated costs, including equipment, installation, shipping, taxes, and any storage fees. Only the specified products are to be proposed, as substitutions will not be considered. Vendors can propose all or part of the requested items and services, and items may be considered independently or as a package. Vendors must be certified resellers of the proposed products and demonstrate corporate financial stability and prior experience installing similar equipment in educational settings. At least three reference letters with contact information must be provided. Warranties must be clearly stated, and the name and location of the nearest authorized service provider must be included. All installers must pass background checks and visitor screening for on-site work. Appropriate insurance coverage must be evidenced before award. Full payment will be made upon satisfactory acceptance of all products and services unless a deposit is detailed in the proposal. Proposals will be evaluated based on total cost, vendor qualifications and experience, warranty terms, references, past performance, and ability to meet the project timeline.
