Rutherford County Schools invites all qualified and interested architectural firms to submit proposals to perform consultation, planning, design and project administration services for the complete design of new construction and/or renovations of three high school athletics training facilities. The project is more precisely described in the Scope of Work below. The scope of work is to plan and design an athletic training facility at each of the three traditional high schools in Rutherford County Schools with total given budget of $1,100,000.00 to be subdivided between the three schools. Each athletic training facility will be constructed for the purpose of serving student athletes at that school. Facilities may be new construction and/or renovations of existing spaces at each site. Architectural services are to include complete engineering consultants as required for the scope of this project. There will be meaningful interaction with the Rutherford County Board of Education, the Superintendent of Schools, and Rutherford County Government via work sessions, stakeholder engagement, and public presentations.
