Due to the age and deterioration, Rutherford County Schools (RCS) would like to replace the bleachers in the main gymnasium of Chase High School, located at 1603 Chase High Rd, Forest City, NC 28043. Scope of Work Obtain all needed permits Remove two banks of 11 tier telescoping bleachers Properly dispose of existing bleachers Install new telescoping bleachers compatible with 120-volt power source Bleachers should meet ADA standards in regards to aisles, aisle steps, handrails, and flex-row seating. Bleachers should have a gross seating capacity of approximately 1474 seats. Installer/warranty service provider should have demonstrated corporate financial stability for a minimum of 10 years. RCS reserves the right to consider historic information and facts about the proposer, whether gained from the submitted response, question and answer conference, references, or any other source, during the evaluation process. Contractors may bid on one or more projects. Pricing for each location must be priced separately, and if a discount is applicable for multiple locations, this discount should be detailed in the proposal. Final terms and conditions will be specified upon award. Contractor must provide evidence of appropriate insurance coverage prior to award.
