The scope of work involves providing a transformer, three phase, 34.5kV - 240/120V, 500kVA platform mounted, substation type, for above-ground installation, in accordance with the attached drawing and specifications. The vendor must submit drawings and specifications by the bid due date, including details for any additional support structure if used. Delivery shall not exceed 133 calendar days from receipt of order. The item must be matched and intermembered with equipment now in use. Bidders are required to provide a complete detailed description for each item including manufacturer name and part number even if matching the specified item. Vendors quoting other than the specified manufacturer/brand or part number must submit and attach literature/specifications with the bid. Only responses submitted through ERSP will be accepted. Bidders must enter prices and provide all requested information as listed after the bid line items. Delivery will only be accepted between 7:30 A.M. and 2:30 P.M., Monday to Friday, excluding recognized holidays. Payment will be made 30 calendar days after delivery and receipt of a correct invoice.
