The Western Dubuque County Community School District (the "District") intends to enter into a guaranteed maximum price contract for the renovation and addition to Drexler middle school at 405 3rd Ave NE, Farley, Iowa (the "Project") Proposed Project will be a multi phased construction project consisting of demolition to portions of the existing building including 2-story classroom wing, renovation of kitchen, repurposing administrative office area and construction of new secure main entry and administrative offices, new commons and new classrooms. The District will publish a request for qualifications ("RFQ") for Construction Manager at-Risk ("CMaR") services for the project on December 30, 2025. The RFQ will be posted by the Construction Access Network and on the District's website. The CMaR will be chosen using a two-step solicitation process and chosen on"best value" as outlined in Chapater 26A ofthe Code of Iowa. All CMaR submittals who have demonstrated sufficient qualifications based on the following criteria will be offered the opportunity to submit a proposal based upon a proposal to the District to provide CMaR services: 1.
