Site work and paving for a civil project in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

This project consists of complete utility infrastructure replacement and roadway reconstruction on Calder Way adjacent to Hetzel Street, including pavement structure replacement, curb and curb/gutter, driveway aprons, ADA curb ramps, sanitary sewer main and lateral replacement, storm sewer improvements, waterline and water service replacements, conduit duct bank installation and all required appurtenances as shown on the Contract Drawings. -The Project consists of the complete infrastructure system replacement (sanitary, storm, water, electric, etc.) and roadway reconstruction on Calder Way adjacent to Hetzel Street. Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of the Borough Engineer for a $30 deposit fee, refundable upon return of all forms and plans, clean and intact, by the time of bid opening. Bids must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside, addressed to the Borough Manager, and in his possession prior to bid opening. Each bid is to be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid and made payable to the Borough. Bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after opening, or up to one hundred twenty days if the award is delayed due to specific approvals or grant proceedings. All bids are to be sealed and plainly marked on the outside, "BID ON PROJECT #SS222-02-2025", addressed to the Borough Manager, Thomas J. Fountaine, II, 243 South Allen Street, State College, PA 16801 and be in his possession prior to 11:00 AM on December 16, 2025. Bid Award - January 12, 2026 - Notice to Proceed - April 2, 2026 - Start Work - April 2, 2026 - July 30, 2026 Substantial Completion - 120 days from Notice to Proceed Schedule Provisions Q/A- Resolution of Discrepancies and/or Ambiguities. All questions pertaining to the meaning or intent of Bid Documents shall be directed to the Borough Engineer up until close of business 4 business days before the Bid Opening date.
