Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing and installation of nursery-grown trees for the Highway 275 Corridor. Proposals must be clearly marked "SEALED BID – HWY 275 TREE PROJECT" and delivered to the specified address by the deadline. The City of Norfolk is tax exempt and a tax-exempt certificate will be provided upon request. Payment may be made by credit card at the City's option. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion and to waive informality in any bid. Bids will be awarded to the low bidder meeting or exceeding bid specifications, and all bids must be honored for a minimum of 120 days after opening. The City reserves the right to determine responsive and responsible proposals, and consider "lowest total cost" including product features, services, and life cycle costs. All questions must be submitted via email prior to January 2, 2026
